baked chickpeas

ingredients: 
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 green onion
chickpea marinade:
  • 2tbs rape oil
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • pepper
  • 1 dried chili
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
preparation:
  1. Mix oil, lemon juice and the spices.
  2. Wash the chickpeas, put in a baking pan with garlic and green onion and mingle with the marinade.
  3. Then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

tip: You can serve it with steamed aubergine and potatoes or add to a salad.
