- 1 bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 kohlrabi
- 3tbs olive oil
- pepper, chili, paprika powder, savoy
- Peel and cut all vegetables in slices.
- Mix olive oil and the spices in a bowl and add the sliced veggies.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 10 minutes (depending on the size of your slices).
Tip: I served them with homemade potato wedges which I prepared the same way. Usually the potatoes take more time to become soft, especially if you use waxy ones. (I baked them for 15 minutes and then added the vegetables)
