ingredients (for two servings):
soy-free, sugar-free
potato mash:
- 300gram potatoes
- 125gram Brussels sprouts
- salt, pepper
- 1tbs margarine
salad:
- 125gram Brussels sprouts
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 orange
- handful walnuts
- 1tbs rape oil
- 1tbs vinegar
- 1tbs maple syrup
- salt, pepper, curcuma, nutmeg
- 1tsp fresh chopped ginger

preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, slice them and put them in a pot with boiling water together with the washed Brussels sprouts. Cook them for 5-10 minutes at low heat.
- For the salad dressing you mix oil, vinegar, syrup, ginger and the spices in a bowl.
- Wash the bell pepper, slice it in small chunks and add it to the bowl.
- Peel the orange, slice it as well and add it to the bowl as well.
- When potatoes and Brussels sprouts are soft, strain off the water, add margarine, salt and pepper and mash it.
- Serve the potato mash together with the salad, topped with some walnuts.
