ingredients (for two bowls):
vegan, low-carb, fresh, fruity
- 4 carrots
- 1 small apple
- 2 handful arugula aka rocket salad
- 2tbs lemon juice
- 1tbs apple vinegar
- 2tbs linseed oil
- salt, pepper
preparation:
- Peel and rasp the carrots, wash and slice the apple in small chunks, wash and chop the salad.
- Mix lemon juice, apple vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and add the veggies.
