cashew-cream pasta

ingredients (two servings):
  • 250gram wholemeal spaghetti
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2tbs cashew mush
  • 2tbs water
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 dried chilli
  • 1tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1tbs sesame seeds


  1. Cook spaghetti in a pot with boiling water at minimum heat for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini in small chunks.
  3. Squeeze the clove of garlic and steam in a pan with 2tbs olive oil. Then add zucchini and steam for another 2 minutes.
  4. To prepare the red pepper-cashew-cream you wash and slice the pepper in chunks. Cook it in boiling water at minimum heat for three minutes. Then blend with cashew mush, water, cayenne pepper and chili. Roast sunflower and sesame seeds in a pan without oil, add to the cream and mix.
