sugar-free, dairy-free
ingredients (for two servings):
- 1 banana
- 2tbs cacao
- 100ml oat drink
- 8 dried dates
- 100gram ground almonds
preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender to create a „creamy“ mousse.
Tip: If you don’t have a high performance blender at home, I advise you to soak the dates in boiling water for some minutes until they get soft.
