  1. Squash the banana and mingle with oats, oat drink and cinnamon.
  2. Add the chopped dates and walnuts and blend to a soft paste.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 140 degrees.
  4. Let it cool down and cut in pieces.
Granola is the perfect topping for your daily muesli bowl, serves as a snack in between or for a vegan dessert with soy yoghurt.
