green bean salad

ingredients (as a side dish for two persons):
  • 200gram green beans
  • 1tbs pine nuts
dressing:
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • 1tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • pinch of salt and pepper
preparation:
  1. Wash the beans and cook them in a pot with boiling water at low heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and add the cooked beans and pine nuts.
green, healthy, simple!
