green millet

ingredients (for two servings):
  • 150gram millet
  • 1tbs almond mush
  • 3tbs soy drink
  • pinch of cinnamon
topping: nuts (e.g. walnuts, cashews), fruits (e.g. orange, apple, mango)
for the green color: 1tsp wheatgrass or matcha powder
preparation:
  1. Put the millet in a pot with 300ml boiling water and let it cook at low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add almond mush, soy drink, cinnamon, wheatgrass/matcha powder and top it with fruits and nuts.

Tip: If you like to get a sweeter taste, you can add some maple syrup, which fits perfectly to this meal.
