green salad

with only five ingredients! 
ingredients (for two bowls):
  • 100gram lamb’s lettuce, washed
  • 1-2 avocados, sliced
  • 2tbs sunflower seeds
  • 2tbs lemon juice
  • 2tbs almond mush
preparation:
  1. Spread the lamb’s lettuce on two bowls and add the sliced avocado.
  2. Mix fresh lemon juice and almond mush and sprinkle it on top of the bowls, as well as the sunflower seeds.
  3. If you like, you can add some spices, e.g. salt and pepper.
Insider tip: Fruits match perfectly to this salad, for example mango, orange, blueberries. Be creative and experimental, there’s nothing to lose! 😉
