linseed-balls

ingredients:
  • 100gram wholemeal flour
  • 25gram linseeds
  • 1tbs peanut oil
  • 1/2tsp salt, paprika powder, oregano
  • 35ml water
preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and try to form 14 small balls.
  2. Put the balls on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Perfect as a snack or side dish for salads and veggie sticks with dips!
