linseed cracker

vegan cracker
ingredients (for one baking sheet, 24 cookies):
  • 200gram spelt wholemeal flour
  • 30gram linseeds
  • 30gram sesame
  • 3tbs rape oil
  • 100ml water
  • pinch of salt, curcuma, chili
preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, knead the pastry with your hands and roll it out with a rolling pin (as thin as possible).
  2. Spread out the cracker on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 175 degrees (347F) for 20 minutes.
