matcha smoothie bowl with millet

ingredients: (for one big or two small bowls)  
  • 100gram millet
  • 200ml plant based drink
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1tsp matcha powder
  • toppings: walnuts, fruit slices, dried dates


  1. Put millet in a pot with water, bring to the heat, turn off the stove and let millet swell for 10 minutes. Then add cinnamon and mingle.
  2. Slice mango, banana and orange in chunks. Put all fruits in a vessel, add matcha powder and puree.
  3. Put millet and smoothie in one (or two) bowl(s) and top with walnuts, fruits and some sliced dried dates.
