millet smoothie bowl

ingredients (two bowls):
  • 125gram millet
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 50ml spelt drink
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 nectarines
  • 2tbs coconut oil
  • 2tbs planed almonds
  • 4 dried dates
  • handful walnut kernels
preparation:
  1. Put millet in a pot with 250ml water, add cinnamon, bring to the boil, turn off the heat and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Put bananas, oranges, nectarines, coconut oil and planed almonds in a vessel and puree.
  3. Add spelt drink to the cooked millet and put it in a bowl.
  4. Add your smoothie, chopped dried dates and walnut kernels.
