ingredients (two bowls):
- 125gram millet
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 50ml spelt drink
- 2 bananas
- 2 oranges
- 2 nectarines
- 2tbs coconut oil
- 2tbs planed almonds
- 4 dried dates
- handful walnut kernels
preparation:
- Put millet in a pot with 250ml water, add cinnamon, bring to the boil, turn off the heat and let it swell for 10 minutes.
- Put bananas, oranges, nectarines, coconut oil and planed almonds in a vessel and puree.
- Add spelt drink to the cooked millet and put it in a bowl.
- Add your smoothie, chopped dried dates and walnut kernels.
