overnight oats

only five ingredients (for one bowl):
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of vanilla soy drink
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 2-3 walnuts
  • 1tsp goji berries
  1. Mix oats and vanilla soy drink the evening before and store it in the fridge over night.
  2. Wash the grapes, cut them in half and add to the oatmeal.
  3. Chop the walnut kernels and goji berries, add them to the oatmeal and mix everything.
