only five ingredients (for one bowl):
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of vanilla soy drink
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 2-3 walnuts
- 1tsp goji berries
preparation:
- Mix oats and vanilla soy drink the evening before and store it in the fridge over night.
- Wash the grapes, cut them in half and add to the oatmeal.
- Chop the walnut kernels and goji berries, add them to the oatmeal and mix everything.
