ingredients:
- 200gram penne
- 75gram frozen spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic, squeezed
- 2tbs lime juice
- salt, pepper and chili
- 1tbs sesame
- 2tbs olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 50gram corn
preparation: in 15 minutes!
- Cook penne in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.
- Add spinach to the pot after 5 minutes of cooking.
- Put avocado, garlic, lime juice, pepper, chili, sesame and 1tbs oil in a vessel and puree.
- Peel the onion, slice the bell pepper and put both in a pan with 1tbs heated oil to steam it for 2 minutes. Spice it with salt and pepper.
- Wash and slice a tomato in small chunks.
- When noodles and spinach are done, drain off the water and put in a bowl.
- Add the steamed veggies, tomato and corn to the bowl and mix with the avocado cream.
