quinoa bread

preparation time: 15 minutes + 60 minutes baking
ingredients (for 15 small slices):
  • 100gram quinoa
  • 250gram spelt wholemeal flour
  • 25gram linseeds
  • 2tbs rape oil
  1. Cook quinoa in a pot with 200ml boiling water at low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, linseeds, rape oil, quinoa and 150ml water in a bowl and knead with your hands. Spread out the pastry on a baking pan with baking paper.
  3. Bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees (400 F°) for 40 minutes, then remove from the baking pan and put back in the oven on a baking sheet for 20 more minutes.
