preparation time: 15 minutes + 60 minutes baking
ingredients (for 15 small slices):

100gram quinoa

250gram spelt wholemeal flour

50gram linseed flour

2tbs rape oil
- pinch of salt
preparation:

Cook quinoa in a pot with 200ml boiling water at low heat for 10 minutes.

Mix flour, rape oil, quinoa, salt and 150ml water in a bowl and knead with your hands. Spread out the pastry on a baking pan with baking paper.

Bake the bread in the oven at 200 degrees (400 F°) for 30 minutes, then remove from the baking pan and put back in the oven on a baking sheet for 15 more minutes.
