smoothie-bowl with granola

ingredients:
porridge:
  • 60gram oats
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 100ml water
  • 1tsp cacao
  • 1tbs rice syrup
smoothie:
  • 50gram blackberries
  • 50ml water
  • 1tbs almond mush
  • 1/2 banana
  • handful plums
  • 1 kiwi
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
topping:
  • walnuts
  • granola
  • 1/2 banana – in slices
preparation:
  1. Mix oats with water, cacao, rice syrup and cinnamon and let it swell for 5 minutes.
  2. To prepare the smoothie you mix blackberries, water and almond mush in a pot and heat it.
  3. Then put the heated ingredients in a food processor together with banana, plums, kiwi and lemon juice. Puree, fill in a bowl and top with porridge, walnuts, granola and banana slices.
