Hey peeps! I hope you like this recipe. Can’t wait to receive some feedback!

Did I already mention the importance of variation? A healthy diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out on something. There are so many healthy plant-based ingredients that are good for your body and provide you with essential substances. However, you don’t get all essentials by eating noodles or rice with tomato sauce everyday. I guess that’s obvious. Try to use different kinds of vegetables, fruits and grains –  You can’t go wrong with that!

Usually I try to use as few ingredients as possible to reduce the expense for you. But still I’m looking for healthy meals, so I compromise. I create recipes that are simple and don’t use many ingredients. That means you should vary the meals. Oats for breakfast, rice for lunch, quinoa in the evening – served with different kinds of veggies, fruits, nuts, herbs, etc. Do you think I’m going well with creating varied meals? Please tell me your opinion about healthy, simple food and what’s important for you regarding a healthy diet.

Enjoy your day and try this tasty, simple, vegan curry fried rice! You won’t regret it!
