Pho is one of the most famous traditional vietnamese meal and as one of my vietnamese friends told me there doesn’t exist “vegan pho”. I know it’s just a variation of the tradition. However I wanted to test if it tastes without meat as well – and yes, it definitely does! 🙂 It’s a simple noodle soup with vegetable stock, carrots, mushrooms and tofu – Actually you can add any veggies and spices you like! I’d love to hear about your experiences with “pho”. Do you like it? Excited to read your comments below. 😉
