wholemeal almond bread

  • 400gram wholemeal spelt flour
  • 100gram oat bran
  • 100gram ground almonds
  • 50gram linseeds
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 2tsp salt
  • 2tbs apple vinegar
  • topping: planed almonds
  1. Mix flour, oat bran, almonds and linseeds in a bowl.
  2. Add 500ml water, yeast, salt and vinegar.
  3. Knead the pastry for two minutes with a dough hook.
  4. Spread it out in a baking pan prepared with a baking sheet and top it with planed almonds.
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
