ingredients:
- 400gram wholemeal spelt flour
- 100gram oat bran
- 100gram ground almonds
- 50gram linseeds
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2tsp salt
- 2tbs apple vinegar
- topping: planed almonds
preparation:
- Mix flour, oat bran, almonds and linseeds in a bowl.
- Add 500ml water, yeast, salt and vinegar.
- Knead the pastry for two minutes with a dough hook.
- Spread it out in a baking pan prepared with a baking sheet and top it with planed almonds.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
