wholemeal pancakes

ingredients (four pancakes):
  • 250gram wholemeal flour
  • 250ml carbonated water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • sunflower seeds
  1. Blend flour, water, salt and in a bowl to a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough in four portions, place four small piles on a baking sheet and top with sunflower seeds.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

To vary the taste you can add dried tomatoes or nuts if you like. #creativity
