ingredients (four pancakes):
- 250gram wholemeal flour
- 250ml carbonated water
- 1 pinch of salt
- sunflower seeds
- Blend flour, water, salt and in a bowl to a soft dough.
- Divide the dough in four portions, place four small piles on a baking sheet and top with sunflower seeds.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
To vary the taste you can add dried tomatoes or nuts if you like. #creativity
