- Pine nuts include many unsaturated fatty acids
ingredients (for two servings):
- 300gram Brussel sprouts
- 1tbs pine nuts
- 1tbs oil (linseed, olive, walnut)
- Wash and clean the Brussels sprouts, put them in a pot with boiling water and let them cook at low heat for 5 minutes.
- Steam the pine nuts in a pan without oil.
- Mix Brussel sprouts, pine nuts and oil and serve it together with potato mush, millet or something else.
