- 1 banana
- 70gram berioo superfood porridge
- 30gram oats
- 40ml oat drink
- 6 chopped dates
- handful chopped walnuts
- Squash the banana and mingle with oats, oat drink and cinnamon.
- Add the chopped dates and walnuts and blend to a soft paste.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 140 degrees.
- Let it cool down and cut in pieces.
