ingredients (as a side dish for two persons):
- 200gram green beans
- 1tbs pine nuts
dressing:
- 1tbs olive oil
- 1tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1tsp dijon mustard
- pinch of salt and pepper
preparation:
- Wash the beans and cook them in a pot with boiling water at low heat for 20 minutes.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and add the cooked beans and pine nuts.
