ingredients (for two servings):
- 150gram millet
- 1tbs almond mush
- 3tbs soy drink
- pinch of cinnamon
topping: nuts (e.g. walnuts, cashews), fruits (e.g. orange, apple, mango)
for the green color: 1tsp wheatgrass or matcha powder
- Put the millet in a pot with 300ml boiling water and let it cook at low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add almond mush, soy drink, cinnamon, wheatgrass/matcha powder and top it with fruits and nuts.
Tip: If you like to get a sweeter taste, you can add some maple syrup, which fits perfectly to this meal.
