- 100gram millet
- 200ml plant based drink
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1tsp matcha powder
- toppings: walnuts, fruit slices, dried dates
- Put millet in a pot with water, bring to the heat, turn off the stove and let millet swell for 10 minutes. Then add cinnamon and mingle.
- Slice mango, banana and orange in chunks. Put all fruits in a vessel, add matcha powder and puree.
- Put millet and smoothie in one (or two) bowl(s) and top with walnuts, fruits and some sliced dried dates.
